The quality of our staff, our technical developments and ourproduction processes ensures maximum product reliability. The company management is primarily responsible for the fulfillment of a consistent and continuous quality policy.

This also includes compliance with all the environmental and labour law standards that have equal validity for staff and suppliers alike. This common quality orientation and constructive teamwork lead to a permanent increase in the performance and capabilities of our products and processes.

Continuous staff training and intensive partnership cooperation with customers and suppliers, as well as contact with universities serve to define common goalsand form the basis of the TQM system introduced by IBC. Constant quality controls integrated into the manufacturing process ensure an equally high level ofquality for all our products. Our highly effective quality management system has been implemented for the design,   development, production and marketing ofrolling bearings and linear guides and has been certified in accordance with DIN-EN ISO 9001:2008.
