IBC precision 60° ball screw support bearings, single-row

Precision 60° ball screw support bearings that act on one side take up axial loads only in the direction in which the rolling bearings have loads applied between the high flanges of the inner and outer rings. In most cases these rolling bearings are used against one another in pairs. A typical application is for support bearings for a ball screw. Precision 60° ball screw support bearings are universally ground.

They arranged individually or as factory assembled rolling bearing sets in any required combination. Sets that were put together at the factory have a marking all the way around on the outer rings over the entire angular ball bearing set.

The major advantages are ease of mounting, a long service life without maintenance, and the option for either grease lubrication for life or circulating oil lubrication. The advantages for the customer are high accuracy of positioning, low energy consumption when in operation and reliable operation at the high speeds and acceleration rates of the ball screw. The speed can be increased further by using ceramic rolling elements or by coating the rolling bearing rings with an ATC thin chrome coating.

Versions that are sealed on both sides are offered in addition to open precision 60° ball screw support bearings. They provide high operating reliability even in difficult environments.
