IBC High Precision Cylindrical Roller Bearings

IBC cylindrical roller bearings with the designation HN have an inner geometry optimized for highest speeds. Furthermore, ceramic rolling elements (CR) can be used or the number of rolling elements can be halved (Q852).
Depending on the design, the outer ring (NNU) or the inner ring (N and NN) guides the rolling elements axially. The rolling element set and the cage remain between the ribs when the plain ring is removed from the rolling bearing. This allows greatly simplified, separate mounting of the inner and outer rings. All double row IBC cylindrical roller bearings are equipped with a lubrication groove with three holes (designation W33, arrangement 120°) in the outer ring to ensure effective lubrication.
