IBC deep groove ball bearings
Single-row IBC deep groove ball bearings can be used in a wide variety of ways. They are simple in structure and are suitable for high speeds due to their low frictional torque and are insensitive in operation and maintenance. Deep groove ball bearings are the most commonly used type of bearing due to their ability to take radial as well as limited and axial. Deep groove ball bearings are manufactured by IBC in various forms, with various cross-sections in many variations to suit the respective application.
Deep groove ball bearings of the basic design are produced open on both sides. A seal on one or both sides of the bearings is provided as standard with shields, with contacting or non-contacting seals. Deep groove ball bearings that are sealed on both sides are provided with various grades of grease and fill quantities. Due to their low friction and the possibility of manufacture with high precision and in low-noise designs, deep groove ball bearings are frequently used in small and medium-sized electric motors.
IBC deep groove ball bearings are also manufactured as matched pairs. As standard these are supplied with cages made of phenolic resin (TB) and with a defined axial bearing clearance in an O- arrangement (DB). In addition, a single seal is also available. Further variations can be considered on request. IBC deep groove ball bearings can be offered with various types of cage and ball materials, as well as with ATCoat-coated rings. IBC manufactures the standard series 60.., 62.. and 63.. and bearings of the series 618.. and 619.. with a small cross-section that are often used in light and compact designs. The range is completed with narrow series bearings 160.. .
In addition to the standard range IBC manufactures other deep groove ball bearings in high precision designs. Further information on the precision and the cage and ball materials can be found under "Precision deep groove ball bearings"
