IBC full complement cylindrical roller bearings NCF, NJG
Single-row full complement cylindrical roller bearings are manufactured in NCF and NJG designs. Full complement cylindrical roller bearings are not sealed and are not lubricated with grease at the factory. Oil or grease lubrication can be applied via the front side during installation or during operation. Cylindrical roller bearings of the series NCF have an inner ring with two fixed flanges and an outer ring with a fixed flange that can axially guide the shaft in one direction.
These cylindrical roller bearings are held together by a locking ring on the flangeless side of the outer ring. They are capable of taking axial loads in one direction and are manufactured in the 29.. , 30.. and 22.. series. Single-row full complement cylindrical roller bearings of the series NJG have a self-retaining roller set. The outer ring with two fixed flanges and the roller set can be separated from the inner ring with the fixed flange. A special form of locking to prevent the rolling elements from falling out is not necessary, which makes installation and removal significantly easier. They too can take up axial loadings in one direction. Bearings of the series NJG have been designed for slow running, especially heavily loaded or pivoting bearing arrangements and are produced in the heavy 23.. series.
