IBC full complement cylindrical roller bearings NCF, NJG

Single row full complement cylindrical roller bearings are manufactured in the designs NCF and NJG. The full complement cylindrical roller bearings are not sealed and not greased at the factory. They can be lubricated with oil or grease via the end face during mounting or operation. NCF series cylindrical roller bearings have an inner ring with two fixed ribs and an outer ring with one fixed rib that can guide the shaft axially in one direction.

In this case, the cylindrical roller bearing is held together by a retaining ring on the ribless side of the outer ring. They are capable of supporting axial loads in one direction and are manufactured in the series 29... , 30.. and 22... Single row full complement cylindrical roller bearings of design NJG have a self-retaining roller set. Thus, the outer ring with two fixed ribs and the roller set can be withdrawn from the inner ring with one fixed rib. Special securing of the rolling elements against falling out is not necessary, which makes mounting and dismounting much easier. They can also support axial loads in one direction. Bearings of type NJG are designed for slow-running, particularly heavily loaded or swiveling bearing arrangements and are manufactured in the heavy series 23.. .
