External training sessions

IBC offers special training sessions for foremen and fitters from machine tool manufacturers and spindle manufacturers on the mounting, handling and grease distribution running of high-precision rolling bearings. On the one hand, this serves to optimise the assembly process. It also helps our customers to avoid machine downtimes and reduce installation errors. Possibilities for fully utilising the performance of precision rolling bearings are shown and cost savings through the use of appropriate bearing concepts are presented.

In addition, this training course for design engineers also deals with the tolerances of adjacent constructions and their effects on the performance of precision rolling bearings in order to optimise system availability while minimising maintenance costs.

A reliable supply of the right lubricant is of particular relevance for a long bearing service life. For this reason, another component of our external training courses deals with the selection and use of suitable lubricants. We provide you with expert advice on all questions relating to the optimum lubricant for your particular applications. We will give you tips on lubricant quantity and service life or work with your design engineers to find alternatives to previously used lubricants.
